OCD Specialist CBT

Our approach to OCD therapy is practical, structured and designed to help you see real progress. We start with a 60-minute initial session, giving us time to fully understand your OCD—your triggers, thought patterns and behaviours. From there, we create a tailored treatment plan using CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping you gradually face fears while reducing compulsions in a safe, supported way. Each 60-minute follow-up session builds on this work, combining practical exercises with techniques to manage anxiety, challenge unhelpful thinking and increase confidence in handling uncertainty. As you improve, we focus on helping you maintain progress long-term, so you leave therapy with the tools to stay in control.
